Samhita Hadagali is a multidisciplinary artist and spiritual teacher devoted to the alchemy of movement and meaning. As the founder of Merakism, she bridges dance, energy work, and inner transformation — curating soul-led communities where art, creativity, collaboration, belonging and expression take centre stage.
Her training spans Indian classical and semi-classical styles, hip-hop, heels, contemporary, and open-style choreography. She has trained at top studios in Los Angeles including TMilly TV, Playground LA, and Movement Lifestyle, and is certified by Millennium Dance Complex. She credits her early years of movement training in Bangalore to Guru Poorna Suresh and Ronita Mookerji. Her Bharatanatyam roots continue to ground her movement in discipline and devotion.
In parallel, Samhita’s spiritual path forms the backbone of her creative work. A certified Pranic Healer, Vedic Astrologer, and Yoga Teacher, she weaves together somatic wisdom and sacred philosophy, offering spaces that invite deep emotional and energetic evolution. Her path is further nourished by her long-standing connection with the Art of Living.
A 4/6 Manifestor in Human Design, she leads with instinct, vision, and creative fire. Also a singer and aspiring musician, she is currently training in the Veena, embodying the rhythm she helps others remember.
Through Merakism’s five verticals, Samhita activates purpose in others — not by performing, but by opening portals. Her work isn’t just creative. It’s consecrated.
⚠️ A note from Samhita: my main Instagram features expressive choreography, including heels and sensual dance. While it is rooted in artistic integrity, some content may not resonate with conservative or traditional expectations. If you prefer spiritually-aligned content or are connecting through spiritual communities, you’re welcome to follow my alternate page instead. I share both with awareness and intention as I deeply respect all sensibilities and encourage discretion for parents, younger viewers, or those who may prefer a different lens of engagement.
